Duties and Responsibilities
As a Game Localization Test Specialist, you will:
โ Identify, report, and document translation errors, typos, grammar issues, cultural inaccuracies, and other localization bugs.
โ Verify contextual accuracy of in-game text such as dialogues, menus, and subtitles.
โ Ensure terminology consistency and alignment with source content.
โ Collaborate with localization and QA teams to maintain high-quality in-game translations.
Requirements:
โ Native speaker of Vietnamese with strong command of English.
โ Excellent translation, editing, and linguistic QA skills.
โ Familiarity with video game terminology, genres, and culture.
โ Experience in in-game localization testing or LQA is a plus.
โ Experience with mobile games is an advantage.
โ Availability to work during standard hours (9 AM โ 6 PM GMT+8 or +9) preferred.
โ On-site work availability in Tokyo (Japan), Suzhou (China), or Chengdu (China) is a plus.
